“Finding North in STEM” is a STEM career guidebook for students that aims to paint a clearer picture of the many opportunities available in the field. It features extensively researched information on available courses, scholarship opportunities, university offerings, and career specializations that go beyond the popular fields. The Guidebook uses the STEER Framework (Self-assessment, Tying-Up, Exploration, Evaluation, Reflection) which allows students to get in touch with their personal strengths and characteristics as they explore and evaluate the career aligned with their interests and skills.
