FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION (FAD)

Position Title: Administrative Officer IV (Budget Officer II)

Salary Grade: SG 15
Annual Salary: Php 421,164.00
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review supporting documents for budget utilization/ obligation requests of different divisions;
- Assist in the preparation of budget proposal, financial reports and other budgetary reports to address regulatory requirements for timely submission to various government agencies;
- Prepare and maintain the different registry books of Budget Funds;
- Prepare and maintain the on-line submission of reports to various government agencies;
- Attend budget hearings/meetings/seminars as required; and
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time for the effective and efficient delivery of service of the Institute.
Qualification Standards
- Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design formative project evaluation for the smooth and effective implementation of programs and projects of the Division;
- Supervise the conceptualization, formulation and implementation of programs/projects/activities relative to STEM promotion, HRST and science education/promotion research and policy studies, and other related programs;
- Recommend to the Division Chief revisions in operational policies for the implementation of the programs and projects of the division;
- Prepare and consolidate reports of the Division;
- Assist in the maintenance of linkages with relevant sectors and institutions; and
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time for the effective and efficient delivery of service of the Institute.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, monitoring and implementation of projects relative to STEM Promotion to the youth;
- Assist in the preparation and submission of quality reports relative to the implementation of the project vis-a-vis approved proposals;
- Assist in the periodic and timely submission of monitoring and evaluation reports of STEM Promotion Programs/Projects of the division;
- Assist in the development and implementation of STEM Promotion Programs/Projects of the division to achieve performance standards;
- Prepare media and other information materials to promote STEM among the target publics and other programs of the Institute;
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic communication programs for the Division and the Institute;
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time for the effective and effective delivery of service of the Institute.
